The Investment Advisor Alliance (IAA) is dedicated to the needs of independent investment advisors, your clients, and your growth. This site is designed for professionals looking to learn more about IAA and the benefits of working with us. We are not a broker/dealer; there is no conflict of interest created by earning commissions, instead you earn fees based on the assets you manage and financial plans you create. You are never required to sell a specific product or mutual fund family, rather, we require the same as your clients - prudent, personal advice and for you to honor your fiduciary duty.
We offer multiple models to help you succeed. The Supervised Independence Program (SIP) is designed for advisors looking to affiliate with IAA to benefit from us supervising your activities. The second track, the Turnkey Advisory Program (TAP), allows IAA to become your back-office and provide compliance consulting to your RIA. With the TAP you are fully responsible for your own compliance decisions and policies. The third option we offer RIAs is to outsource pieces of their technology and infrastructure needs to IAA.
In the Supervised Independence Program, our role is split between supervisor and administrator. These roles work hand-in-hand as supervision assists in efficiently running an advisory firm, thus your office will be running smoothly. Administration, by providing the best solutions from a central office, allows for in-depth supervision and record-keeping to become a natural extension of your workflow. Technology is the backbone of The Investment Advisor Alliance that permits advisors to provide top-notch personalized service and financial advice to clients. Our technology and alliances are aimed at making office processing more efficient so you can allocate more time to grow your business, spend time with clients, and reduce overhead.
The Turnkey Advisory Program is a service structure where registered investment advisors hire IAA to manage their administrative and technological needs. This is truly a turnkey solution where RIAs outsource non-client facing activity and back-office operations functions such as working with custodians, fee billing and collection, email and archiving, and performance reporting.
